Цель. Обзор данных рандомизированных клинических исследований, систематических обзоров, международных и национальных клинических рекомендаций по проблеме легочной реабилитации при хронической обструктивной болезни лёгких. Материал и методы. В анализ включены данные исследований, вошедших в базы данных e-library, MEDLINE, PubMed и библиотеки Cochrane по проблеме патофизиологии, методов физической реабилитации при хронической обструктивной болезни лёгких (ХОБЛ). При анализе учитывались мнения экспертных групп разработчиков клинических рекомендаций Российского респираторного общества, Европейского респираторного общества, Американского торакального общества, представленных в обзоре. Результаты. Данные исследований подтверждают клиническую эффективность методов физической реабилитации при ХОБЛ, учитывающих уникальные потребности сложного пациента. Легочная реабилитация повышает качество жизни, связанное со здоровьем, снижает частоту обострений и смертность пациентов с ХОБЛ. Заключение. Повышение доступности и совершенствование программ ЛР с учетом индивидуальной оценки физических возможностей пациента увеличит использование этого метода лечения.
